All of our programs are free to access, judgement-free, and completely confidential.

PERSONAL CARE PROGRAM

We offer free personal hygiene supplies to individuals and families in need in a completely confidential and judgement-free environment. We offer pick-up for these packages.

Items include: period products, toothbrushes & toothpaste, shampoo, body wash, soap, deodorant, household cleaners, supplies for babies, and more. 

Please note that this is a donation based program, and availability of certain products will depend on our supply.

SAFE WORKS ACCESS PROGRAM (SWAP) SERVICES

We offer free drug use safety supplies in a completely confidential and judgement-free environment. You can access these products for yourself or someone you know. We also offer Naloxone Kits for free with training on how to use them. 

This program is open to people of all genders.

Items include: clean needle supplies, safe crack & meth smoking supplies, safe snorting kits, fentanyl test strips, condoms, naloxone kits, and resources.

MENTAL HEALTH PROGRAMS

Mindful Mondays is an hour of mindfulness practice and group discussion. Practices include sitting meditation, mindful movement and art making. No experience needed, join at anytime. 

Open Studio is a two hour weekly therapeutic art group focused on discovery and self-expression. No experience is necessary and all materials are provided.

Support group

EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS

Women Empowering Women (WEW) is a confidential 10-week support & learning group that is closed to the public, registration is mandatory. WEW provides an empowering and safe space to learn about the cycle of relationship violence and abuse, healthy coping skills, and building on your sense of strength and empowerment after a toxic relationship. This program is ideal for people who are, or have been in abusive relationships who are looking to understand and unpack their own experiences. 

Healthy Relationships is a confidential 4-week support & learning group that is closed to the public, registration is mandatory. Healthy Relationships teaches participants all about the differences between unhealthy and healthy relationships, and how to know the difference. This group is open to anyone who is looking to learn this information, and is not necessarily restricted to those who are or have currently been in an abusive relationship.
